Ariella is a Bushwick resident and G-Rebls member of Comida Pal Pueblo. In this interview, they describe how mutual aid workers in Bushwick have come together during COVID, moving through this crisis with persistence and resilience. They also share that despite the frustrations they encounter in this work that their comrades still show up for the community, demonstrating the strength of New York. This interview is part of the Nos Cuidamos oral history project, which is a collaboration between Cities For People, Not For Profit and the Anti-Eviction Mapping Project.
